Orders for customers shopping at siennainspo.com are shipped from our warehouse at BATCH or at our office in ALGÉS.
Entering the wrong address?
Please double check your address prior to completing checkout. If you do need to change your address and your order has not been shipped please contact customer service through our email at email@example.com or directly through (+351) 913 885 696.
Altering a size or item in your order?
We encourage you to double check your order before entering the payment. If you do recognize a mistake, be sure to send us an email as quickly as possible to our firstname.lastname@example.org in order for us to edit the order before we ship it out.

What is a PRE-ORDER?
Pre-ordering secures you the item in your selected size. When stock arrives at our shipping location, orders will be dispatched by purchase date and those who have ordered will receive the piece before the general public.
How long do PRE-ORDERS take?
Our PRE-ORDER time is mentioned in all pre-order items. The usual time for sending out our pre-orders is an average of 2 to 3 weeks including our local production and delivery. (If you are ordering from outside of EU and/or would need a specific date of delivery, within our policy, please send us an email at email@example.com)
Pre-orders are a way of assuring all of our fabric is used to produce the number of pieces needed.
This helps us to prevent fabric and resource waste. The goal is to make this process more sustainable and environmentally friendly.

We have preference for Card Payments, Mastercard, VISA. It is possible to pay cash, if necessary.
EXCHANGES, RETURNS & REFUNDS
How to make an exchange?
The customer has up to 15 followed days after receiving his order to exchange the item. We do not accept exchanges that exceed this deadline.
For exchanges whose chosen delivery method was collection at the store in Algés, the 15-day period is calculated from the date on which the customer collects it.
To make your exchange, you must download this form from the link, print it and place it in your order. Subsequently, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org by email to inform that you wish to make the exchange.
PT form and INTERNATIONAL form.
Exchanges are made by mail or directly at our store - all shipping costs are supported by the customer.
To exchange, simply place the item in the original closed packaging/bag and send it to us at the address that we will indicate in the email. The item cannot be damaged, worn, unlabeled or dirty. If this happens, we will not make the exchange.
You must never send your order back to us without informing us by email and receive our authorization, so we are not responsible for its non-arrival.
SIENNA is not responsible for the loss of orders, the shipping being the sole responsibility of the carrier, post office or delivery service chosen by the customer. The customer should only send his order for exchange after contacting email@example.com by email and waiting for our instructions. There is no cost associated with sending the new part for which the customer wishes to exchange.
Returning your item?
The customer has up to 15 followed days after receiving his order to return the item. We do not accept returns that exceed this deadline.
For returns whose chosen delivery method was collection at the showroom, the 15-day period is calculated from the date on which the Customer collects it.
To make your return, you must download this form from the link, print it and place it in your order. Subsequently, you must contact firstname.lastname@example.org by email to inform that you wish to make the return.

Under the terms of the legislation in Portugal/EU, in the event of a lack of conformity of the good with the contract, the consumer is entitled to have it replaced free of charge, by way of repair or replacement, an appropriate reduction in the price or termination of the contract. Is there any chance of extending a SPECIAL SALE timing?
No. Unfortunately we cannot extend the sale period beyond the specified start and finish times as advertised.
